Take it to the spaceport in Arnika. You will need to go to the short building just inside the entrance first to get one set of coordinates. Then go next door to the elevator-entrance building to translate those coordinates into ones Z'ant will accept.

A word of warning: Z'ant seems to have trouble understanding the coordinates when you give them to him. Go into talk mode with him and just type the coordinates into the box where you ask about different people/places. There should be no other text in the box and he should immediately recognize them as what you were sent for and give you the next task.
