Blood lust is the sword found in Antone's vault under the bank in Arnika. It is cursed but it allows the person using it to attack in berserk mode doing around 9-21 base damage, I believe, with a +6 initiative. You get at least two swings in each attack sequence -- my guy was getting in three swings (at 2x damage) times three attacks per round for a total of 9 swings per round when I gave it up for the Ivory Blade.
