I assume the altar is the large structure in the main cathedral, looks like a throne chair.
No no it is not there, it is upstairs where you meet the 2 guys who are friendly to you check out inside the doors ther...and you need a "badge" to one door to..and it is not to long way away from the guy who give you the black nectar! :cool:
