Well actually, I dont think there is another one anywhere. I am playing my forth party and never found another one. I also love that shuriken, my samurai throws criticals all the time with it.
I guess, there is only one Fang and one light sword per game so i dont think there is another boomerang shuriken unfortunately. To speak in Diablos words: It's a unique item
