IIRC, there are a few items of armor that can only be used by females. If there's anything else gender-specific, I can't remember it.

Two other unique items:

Cane of Corpus, only usable by Faerie Ninjas

Giant's Sword, only usable by Mook (and maybe only by a Mook Ranger, don't know - I had a Mook bard once & he couldn't use it - could be a Mook tank other than a Ranger might be able to use it).

There are a number of small items that can only be used by a specific race/class. But I can't think of anything else major.
