Calzone will take you down the hall to the right to meet the Don. The key is down the hall (behind Calzone) to the left. You can't miss the key. You may want to save your game before using the key to open the breeders' door - it may take a couple of tries to satisfactorily beat the breeders. Just don't let them two-team you.
