Well, the only thing at the spaceport is the Mook ship, and somehow I don't think that counts as a person

My guess is that it's just a minor bug/typo in the game to have it on the person list.

P.S. I think you just have to enter the spaceport for this to appear on the list. These days, I don't bother going up there for anything, and I still have the entry.
