Was the charcter with the moondog dead when the summoning duration expired, if so this is a known bug... Click Here! And scroll down a LOOONNNNNNNGGGGGGG way until u see a download called Diappearing Figurines Fix and dowload and install it.
If the character was alive when the duration expired, follow those instructions anyway, but Click Here Instead Same name etc. This may help, otherwise i cant
