Bloodlust gives Beserk status: so its good for anyone not a fighter & sort of wasted when using it on a fighter.
The differences between Bloodlust & Ivory Blade are there but you may not see them.
Beserk status = lower chance To-Hit
Ivory Blade doesnt have that effect & also doesnt have the Lower Chance to hit due to effect. Also Ivory Blade isnt Cursed so allows you to auto-switch between ranged & melee weapons where-as Bloodlust requires you to "cast" remove curse & manually switch between the ranged & Bloodlust.
Pretty sure there were some other differences but i wouldnt worry about it too much since most of the "quested" armor/weapons suck compared to the stuff you can find.
