Hi. I'm confused on how spell power levels work. My mage is about 18th level and has over a 100 in wizardry. His fire magic is in the 90s. I have all the fire spells and can cast fireball at max in green. I just acquired nuclear blast and can only cast it at power level 1 in green. How can I increase it's effectiveness? I thought fire magic skill did this but mine is in the 90s. I think adding spells gives you more spell points yet I have ALL the fire magic spells. So what do I do?
