If Strength is 100:
Melee = 100% Bonus giving:
Damage = Base damage x ( 1 + 100/100) = Base damage x 2
Ranged = 50% Bonus giving:
Damage = Base damage x ( 1 + 50/100) = Base damage x 1.5
