Good replies all. Jem, I knew I could cast Holy Water (read that little tidbit on this very board), however my Divine spellcaster (Lord) was also a great melee guy so he was up front fighting.

I also know I could have switched to Bishop once I leveled out on spells. My point was that having offensive spells in the endgame wasn't of much use due to enemies casting eye-for-eye and their high magical resistance. I used Summon a lot, but really the best ones you can summon get pounded by what you go up against on the peak. They do make good targets though! [img]smile.gif[/img]

After doing a bit of reading on the board and from my experience with my new party I concur: Bishops do rock, but for a different reason. They are not limited quite as much as far as weaponry goes, so I suspect that when I near the end this time the Bishops will be cranking out decent melee damage also. Or I can have them just cast Holy Water like Jem suggests.
