Vesselle, that's absolutely not true. I think you misread the
table
Level 27 fighter need 3.3e+07 (33,000,000 XP)
Level 28 fighter need 4.0e+07 (40,000,000 XP)
From level 27 to level 28, a fighter needs 7,000,000 XP not 330,000,000 XP.
