Vesselle, What does your party of 4 consist of..??

I would like to be able to get some real high levels in this game, but I can't see being able to get over level 24/25. I thought of having a smaller party but couldn't find a good combination, so I ended up making what I call an extreme party consisting of the folllowing :-

Dracon - Fighter
Dracon - Fighter
Dracon - Fighter
Mook - Psionic
Elf - Alchemist
Elf - Mage

I know this isn't the most imaginative party for a RPG but I wanted pure fighters and spell casters. I might even role assend my mage once she tops out on her stats (maybe). I'm not going to add any more to this party so hopefully sticking with 6 throught the game might gain me an extra level at the end.
