Cerek, Htryer is referring to the door that is actually the exit from the Beholder Pit. The door that leads to the place that you are thinking of is outside in the main Temple Sewers area.
Htryer, do not worry about that door. It is simply an exit from the Beholder pit, so just go about doing your quest, you will eventually open it from the
other side.
