There's a door around the corner from where you talked to the Rapax that you have to use your initiate's badge to enter. When you do you find a big purple thing with a hole in the center of it, a barred gate and a room full of empty dark nectar bottles. Stand on the purple thing and use the nectar and Al-Sed should appear. Just do NOT make the mistake of answering her question with all the answers you have been giving at once -- she has a series for you.
