1. Go to the Slums-district in Athkatla. When you are there, a githyanki should approach you, and says that he wants the blade. Refuse to give it to him, and he will attack you along with many other githyankis. The hilt is among his loot.
2. Tirdirs three attackers are located in the Bridge-district. Go to the house pretty long in the south-west corner. Outside there is the guy in red. Talk to hm, and he runs inside the house. There he get killed by his employers, which will escape. Go after them, and kill them.
