Yep, killing Al-Sedexus is necessary to removing the curse on whoever suffered the "night of joy" with her.
Speak to the King. He'll tell you to interrogate the prisoners. If you're working on the T'rang/Umpani alliance, you must take both Drazic and Rodan into the party (I hope you have room). That turns the Templars hostile and you'll have to fight your way back to the king (if you don't have a teleport set there) to kill him.
The queen is in a small locked cave behind the king's tent. This is easy to miss, especially at night. All you need do there is unlock the door (king has the key) and talk to the queen.
Can't help with the Prince's tent, as we usually bop out to the T'rang after killing the king and releasing the queen.
