Hi,
let me add something: from my experience with my Eastern-Team I can tell You that the Ninja and Monk both are in the same "block" while the Samurai is a bit better, he seems to get 1/2 HP more per Lvl up.
PS: all are Human and all had 60 in VIT when I made the comparison.
and: Did I mention what a poor guy my Samurai is?! ... because of not having acces to stealth he is the aim of about 80% of the attacks on my party
... ended up in giving him a shield and I must say: "Muuuch bedda ...."
