I think you don't "find" it... you can buy it b Fizzlars Potion.
If the things are not there, you can Rest for 24 hours, then check again, what Fizzlar has to buy.

And I must say: I absolut lllooovvveee the Lava-Lamp you get, after merging the two "gloos"
