i didn't think snakespeed was ever broken, but only because it always worked for my char. i haven't heard anyone reference that before. was there a problem with it that got worked on in patch 4?

just to clarify for everyone:

all 7 major attributes have an "ExpertSkill" that greatly increases the effectiveness of a particular attribute, ONCE YOU REACH 100 in that same attribute.

100 in STR: PowerStrike
100 in INT: Powercast
100 in PIE: Iron Will
100 in VIT: Iron Skin
100 in DEX: Reflextion
100 in SPD: Snakespeed
100 in SNS: Eagle Eye
