I've got Gothic, and it requires 128 MB RAM. The game is very good, but it's not like Wiz 8, and it has some real drawbacks: 1) The manual is the worst I've ever read. It even leaves out some important commands, and forgets to mention some significant in-game features. 2) The interface was designed to be keyboard-only. It's no longer so, but it's awkward--particularly the inventory screen, which only displays one of eight elements of inventory at a time, along the right hand side of the screen. (The game won't pause while you're in inventory, so the developers probably displayed it that way, transparently, so you could see anything creeping up on you.) 3) You can jump into situations where your body is half-stuck through tables or in cliffs. It doesn't happen often, but it does occur.

The game is really more of an action-RPG hybrid. If you're good on twitch games, you'll like it, but you really need to be into swimming, jumping and killing things swiftly to play it well. And there's no choice of difficulty levels.
