YES, of course we got colour here in OZ - the unfortunate thing is it cost us an extra 10 days waiting for the game to be distributed. I could happily have lived with the B&W rather than have waited those 10 days. All the manuals and boxes were printed locally, only the CD's were shipped from the states. In OZ, they went for glossy paper, colour plates everywhere (all screen shots etc in colour as well), durable glossy cover. Great manual - and it needed to be, it cost me 10 days game play.
