if it's what i think it is, it is a bug that will be fixed in the upcoming patch.

they do ask that if you have a save, to revert to one before this happened. apparently it has to do with taking one and not putting it in your inventory before clicking the next one... or something like that.

i haven't checked to see when they think the next patch is out, sorry.
