Thanks for the input. I had noticed that unlimited switching of classes back and forth was beneficial in individual games of W6 & W7, but that importing sort of created special problems.
In W8, can you still change classes as often as you like? Even being the same class several times? (Unlike W&W)
It has been so long since I played either W6 or W7 that I have apparently forgot. It seems like I know this answer, but it doesn't make sense right now. If you import great characters that get scaled down, isn't that still better than starting off fresh? If I plan on falling back on my old style of switching all the time, wouldn't each character have the chance to rebuild their skills and spells just like a brand new character? It seems that they would, but then again, I seem to remember that for some reason, when I imported to W7 it wasn't quite that simple.
