hi!

glad to help. if you can't find it in your Control Panel, you don't have the applet.
Go here to download the MS Control Panel Applet.

then extract it to your \windows\system

now when you go to your Control Panel, you will see the Direct X icon. and that should set you up.

remember to use "dxdiag" also. run that command from your start button and it can help point out problems, such as missing dlls.
