Ha ha - latest video driver did not fix my problem - still got ooted back to windows at game load. Theeeeeeen

, I looked at my version of DirectX - been so long since I installed a game (ie since W&W), so I was running version 7 - oh bother and befusucate these dwarves - umm, so after 8 more megs of download, we at last have :

SUCCESS

.

It runs smoothly, although I have only tested on lowest graphics resolution. Decided to RTFM before I get too far though.
