What kind of timeframe? (contest open for three weeks then one week of judging, for example)

Also, I think there should be a readme file that contains info about the author and about the mod, at the very minimum, name and contact info for author and name of mod. eg. Big Dungeon by Bill, contact me through Ironworks list.
