Here's my two cents.
I'll always try to participate and spread the word about contests, but have no interest in ever running one (I'm not at all opposed to helping set up the parameters and what-not, though.) So, with that in mind, I think that anyone that volunteers is an ideal candidate, so I officially nominate Telwyn to be the first moderator. But, I think that the rules should be discussed here first, though I think that if anyone wants to include a specific rule, and they feel strongly about it, that they can do it when they are moderator. (see my idea below)
Telwyn's idea that the winner would set the next contest is good, but maybe we could just rotate through several different kind: contest 1 is a mod contest, contest 2 is an art contest, contest 3 is a music contest, contest 4 is a spell-writing contest, etc. We could maybe have one moderator, or rotating moderators, or maybe a different moderator for each type of contest.
I'm confident in everyone who participates in this forum in being able to do a good job at running a contest. And I'm very excited to see people from this forum create some mods and art.
