Well maybe we should vote on who we all think should be the moderator? I mean I doubt it would be fair or un-biased if teh moderator was making mods him/herself...
Well, I think we should all decide on rules, but this really sounds like a good idea, and maybe we could have a global contest where not only can you make mods, but art, code and so on as well....
