...but for multiplayer, the "rest until healed" option isn't available.

Umm...start a multiplayer game, go to Options, go to Game Play, there should be five buttons. Gore, Dither Always, Group Infravision, Weather and... Rest Until Healed.

I have TOB though, maybe it wasn't in the regular SOA but I can't remember.
