Web browzers don't like spaces, so if someone uploaded a file like "wall set1" - the web brozer will replace the space with a %.

ie. wall%set1

The person that uploaded them should have replaced the spaces with an "_" or an " -".

you could try renaming the files, or better yet, tell this person what I just told you and get him/her to fix it.
