The Clear Design Folder does just that, deletes every file in the folder. But if you load a design then clear it's folder, all references to art/sound files point to nothing. That will cause errors and blank pictures. Saving the design doesn't fix things because the editor tries to copy source files to the design folder and cannot now that the source files are all gone.

If the design is cleared, and then the design folder is cleared, there shouldn't be any problems. Just clearing the folder alone is trouble. I'll remove that as a direct menu option, and then ask the user if the folder should be cleared when they clear the design.
