I've got most of those covered I think. Spell casting has a sound and monster/pc/npc death has a sound. Also, items have a sound for when they hit/miss/launch.
DC doesn't have the sound for when a monster reaches a certain hitpoint level. Would this play only when a monster is hit and loses a certain percentage of HP? Say for example you hit a monster and it loses 50% of it's current HP, so a special 'aaarrrgh!' sound plays. Otherwise nothing special.
