...i think Jaheira is pretty useful, i like her summon elemental spells as well as faerie dust (i've got the german game version, so maybe my translations aren't 100%)...
...Haer Dalis, isn't useful, however. His stats are to low to make him a good fighter and he can't get enough spells to make him a good spellcaster either, so all you get is a char who can everything a bit but nothing really good...
...Why did you ask how fast the Monk levels ?! *RTFM* I don't like people who are playing cracked game copies...
