Te key in Windspear hills opens a door in the temple district sewers, yes. But this guys talking about the door in the old tunnels.
To Open this door, u need Gaals Key- its located in the old tunnels. Since ur in the old tunnels, u know what u need to find Gaal for, and i can guarentee that he is not behind this door- go round the other way, past a few monsters.
