Just a tad bit curious, but why are some posters apologizing to others regarding their statement of opinion on certain characters?

Isn't this a board for the expression of ideas, and saying Viconia, Minsc, Aerie, Mazzy, Coke, or Pepsi sucks totally an acceptable post as long as its backed up with good reasoning? I find it highly amusing, and somewhat sad that somebody gets all huffy if their favorite character is insulted, I mean, rest assured that there's at least ten thousand other people who also think Viconia sucks as well, but just haven't posted.

I happen to like most of the characters in BG2, as they are well fleshed out and detailed for the most part. If you take personal offense however at your "best bud" being insulted, perhaps you should post over in the Roleplaying forum, as that's where it belongs, otherwise you may need to re-examine your priorities.
