I just discovered that if you have Mazzy in your party and go into the Five Flagons Inn at the Bridge District the barkeep is a friend of Mazzy and gives her a pair of Boots of Stealth. I originally thought there was only one pair of these boots in the game so it came as a pleasant suprise to receive a second pair.
