extremely relevant right now. We should fear governmental spying on citizens
MORE than mere terrorism.
The Patriot Act itself defines "domestic terrorism" thusly:</font>

<font color = lightgreen>The rubber-stamped issuance of warrants to spy on American citizens violates the spirit of the Constitution and could be argued to violate statement (5)(B)(i) of this section of the Act.
