Myrcella is close to death already and Tommen is in an extremely vulnerable position, although he'll probably be much safer with Kevan as Hand. And does anyone else think that Qyburn telling Cersei that grand Maester Pycelle and Lord Swift having taken to ruling the realm while she is locked away is the most hillarious moment in the book?

I'm also uncertain about where to place Crow eye in the grand scheme of things. He has no reason to trust Victarion with such an important task. He must have anticipated his brother turning on him.
