2. Name all the people who have been king since the beginning of book 1.
Now... Robert Baratheon, Joffrey Baratheon, Tywin lannister have sat on the Iron Throne. If that is what you mean.

4. Who killed -
Jon Arryn: Lysa Arryn
Robb Stark: A mob by the word of Walder Frey.
The Red Viper: Gregor Clegane shattered his face.
Joffery Lannister: A matter of some debate. My guess are the Tyrells.
Robert Baratheon: Boar, behind is a Lannister plot.

5. Technically who is the rightful king of the realm?
Dany, since Jon is unfit because he does not exist. Every man on the watch is forfeit, and is considered dead for any leadership, rule or inheritance rights.

6. How were the Wights released?
I've no idea. Maybe because of the commotion Beyond the wall. Mance's huge army moving must have awoken them or something.

7. Identify these house shields:

10. Which house has the words...

Winter is coming: Stark
Unbowed, Unbent, Unbroken: Martell or Tully. One of them has Family, Duty, Honor, and I think it's Tully to have it. So I guess Martell.

11. Jon Snow is the 998th lord commander of the Nights Watch. But some are not accounted, and some are counted even if they never took actual duty. It's under a thousand.
