But Hellsing had such a rushed ending. It was going good, and then it just "blah".

It wasn't even a good "WTF?" ending, like Eva or RahXephon, it was just "huh? What's the point?" I hear the manga's better, though.

Mine would be Fullmetal Alchemist, coming to Adult Swim in November. Watch that, it's without doubt one of the best animes I've ever seen, losing only to Gravitation for the re-watchableness.

Cowboy Bebop is so cool. Even though it's quite old, there are still some episodes I can watch over and over and still feel the same glee I did when I first saw them- Toys in the Attic, My Funny Valentine and La Peirroiut le Fou (spelling?), for example.

Wolf's Rain I enjoyed at the start, but then in the last four episodes it did another "Uh, what?" but with angst more than anything.
