This show is the TV version of the "chick flick", pure and simple. They all live in the same house and beat up the demons (who are all male, by the way). Two characters have been married, but one ended in divorce (catch Julian McMahon in Nip/Tuck, a much better show) and the other husband was "permanently reassigned", which means he comes home only every now and then.
