Punch Drunk Love and Solaris are two movies I've seen recently that I would nominate as worst ever. I've never walked out of a movie before, but Solaris seemed to me like 10 minutes of film played over and over again.

I actually think PUNCH DRUNK LOVE is quite interesting.
as for SOLAIRS...much worst than the original movie it was remade of...however, if you cannot sit through this actually more audience friendly version, this type of film's just not your cup of tea. </font>
I really disliked Solaris, too. I really like "thinking" movies, and I like movies with an unpredictable ending, but the ending was so obvious here.
What I disliked the most about this movie is that there were no plot and explanation. It might as well have happened on earth. There was really only about 10 minutes of material in that movie. </font>
I don't really like SOLARIS that much, if I do, I'd have said: "though not as good as the original, bahbahabh..." The original is actually more a "feeling" movie than a "thinking" one. the remake doesn't do a sufficient job in that department. Not every "slower-paced" movie is a "thinking" movie. most of the slow movies I've seen, more often than not, I appreciate them more when I "feel" them rather than "reason with" them.
