I just finished them up this morning. All in all a good read. I thoroughly liked the main characters being classes that are not prominently featured in other books as has been said. I LOVE Pikel the would-be Druid or Doo-dad. [img]smile.gif[/img]
The only criticism I have is that Salvatore is long on the descriptions of the fight scenes. I think what he stretched into Five volumes could have been done in three. I must that I got a little bored during some of the fight sequences.
I loved hid Icewind Dale Trilogy. I also like his "Star Wars" books he has written. I guess "Cleric Quintet" is more alliterative than "Cleric Trilogy"!
Overall, a good read. I would give it a B+.
