Aah, Robin Hobb. What is it about a woman's perspective that always seems to breathe life into a tired and rehashed genre. (Has anyone read 'Clan of the Cave Bear' by Jean M Auel? Do so.) It's funny. It was not that long ago that i was listening to people (on this very forum, mind) bagging Hobb for her take on a genre dominated by male authors. I haven't read all of her works but you can rest assured that i intend to.
Thanks all for your suggestions.
