I found a link to a trilogy set in the Planescape multiverse, more specifically the Lower Planes. It's called the Blood War Trilogy, about the Blood War between the tanar'ri and the baatezu. There are three books: Blood Hostage, Abyssal Warriors, and Planar Powers. Here's a link.

It sounds really interesting!! Has anyone read it by any chance?
