PS - can anybody claim to have read the 800 pages any quicker? I bought Magician home one afternoon, read till late that night, got up the next day for a D&D session, picked it up again in the afternoon and didn't stop reading until I finisehed it about 3 am in the morning. A very compelling read - now that I am some 16 or 17 years older I can't mantain that sort of avid attention span any more.

actually yes I have!
I read a hell of a lot and I managed to get through it in I think it was 3 hours but since I love it soo much its understandable. I usually can get through about 2 300pg books a day if I feel like it but I have slowed down lately as like you I am 17 almost 18 and just dont read as much. Really its bcause I have run out of books to read and when i got to the library literally almost all the books they have there I have read.
