I've been trying to join the Undermountain server since yesterday. I finally managed to get a new character created, but when I try to play him I get a pop-up error saying

custom talk table "arnaden_cepv2.tlk" missing".

I already have CEP 1.5 and I downloaded the required efu hak pak, but I'm still getting this error. How can this be fixed?
