Forget scruples. THOSE will get you killed sooner than being a paladin. *loves to pick on paladins.*
I am glad you took my advice on the magical bags. Being someone who loves gaming of all sorts, the fact that Neverwinter Nights forgets reality completely when it comes to being a packrat works in your favour. Of course, the one problem is remembering everything you have in your inventory. *laughs* I have managed to have items in there for weeks because I forgot THAT bag was the one that had the stuff I was attempting to get rid of (amongst others).
Soloing is a tried and true stable of the silicon-based role-playing game. So is, of course, stuffing your pockets full of stuff and hawking it at the latest -=Store!=-. (you know what I mean.) I have gone through this game mostly on my own, and have done not too terribly bad for myself. Of course, if Ziroc ever implemented even half of the crazy ideas I have thrown down on this board, I am sure I would still only have one character on here, and be stuck in the middle of something brand new anyway.
Whatever you do, however, remember to feed Choc catnip at least once when you find some. Trust me, it is worth hunting that stuff down. *laughs* Though I wouldn't mind seeing more potential NPC henchmen - perhaps one for every level of the Undermountain thus far, and maybe a few others for the special areas (like the Trollbark Forest, the Haunted Island, and Waterdeep itself.)
*votes for the return of Linu, that bard Sharwyn, and Tomi Undergallows - him for Waterdeep! oh yea, and Aribeth too.*
